Introduction and explanation of the exercise and its mandatory forms.
Teaching how to approach contracts and documents that exist on the set.
Creative budgeting, contracting, billing and understanding film finance.
Buying film props, catering. Cooperation with rentals.
Post-production process - evaluation of shooting, errors, search for solutions.
Leading to open communication and critical thinking.

Learning outcomes

Students will understand how to create a functional working environment on set and will be able to understand and fulfil the tasks of a production manager and assistant.

Prerequisites and other requirements

Completion of CIEE exercise (CIEE program).

Distribution of the necessary positions on the set according to the mentor's instructions (PM, PA).

80% attendance.
Working on exercises in workshops and at home.
Preparation for workshops.
Successful production of CIEE exercise (CIEE program).
Attendance at Post Production Meeting.
