Contents

The lecture will begin with a presentation of the Intimacy on Set Guidelines, reflecting on intimacy on TV and in film, and how to incorporate the guidelines into production. After a brief break, participants will workshop a script containing intimate content and apply the guidelines to the scene work. Students will explore awareness of consent and personal boundaries and how to incorporate transparent communication while developing choreography. The workshop will enable directors to embody a process that supports actors, directors, and all departments across a production.

The Workshop will be taught by Amy Huckl. Amy is, based in Prague, Czechia,and is currently an Intimacy Coordinator Under Mentorship with Ita O'Brien at Intimacy on Set, bringing experience from previous roles at Prague Film School. Amy Huck holds a 1994 - 1998 Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA in Performance @ University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM).
